Summary: Algebra 2 is a class for high school and advanced middle school age students who should have above average mathematical proclivities and have knowledge of basic algebra concepts. It will cover the following topics:

  • Tools of Algebra
  • Functions, Equations and Graphs
  • Linear Systems
  • Matrices
  • Quadratic Equations and Functions
  • Polynomials and Polynomial Functions
  • Radical Functions and Rational Exponents
  • Exponential and Logarithmic Functions
  • Rational Functions
  • Quadratic Relations
  • Sequences and Series
  • Probability and Statistics
  • Periodic Functions and Trigonometry
  • Trigonometric Identities and Equations
